Qualified lead criteria

  • Valid service and geography fit
  • Verifiable contact information
  • Reasonable project intent with timeline context
  • No duplicate dispatch to the same provider within 90 days

Dispute window

Disputes should be submitted promptly with supporting detail. Review is based on platform records, routing logs, and contact verification data.

Eligible credit scenarios

  • Wrong category or geography dispatch
  • Fake or invalid contact data
  • Duplicate lead in active exclusion window
  • Confirmed spam/bot submission

Non-credit scenarios

  • Slow provider response or missed follow-up
  • Lost sale due to budget/pricing mismatch
  • Client selecting another provider after valid intro
